I love that birthday letters continue to come, even after the car has been paid for. This keeps me in front of my customers in a non threatening way. It has also sold me a few more cars, just because customers realized I care.

I had a customer that I sold a few years back that drove into the dealership just to thank me for the card. Not one person in her family remembered her birthday! She purchased another trailer about a month later!
